Rolling grills - aluminium PDF Print E-mail

With their universality, rolling aluminium grills are the most suitable solution for closing a majority of building openings. We can see them mounted on shop windows and shop entrances or in shopping centres where they function as an impressive closing and securing of a shop, then in drive-ins to underground garages where ventilation is needed.  These grills are suitable for low frequency of operation with tube motor and also for frequent opening if equipped with side industrial motor.
The grills are made of highly firm AlMgSi aluminium alloy of 1.8 mm thickness with die-cut openings of 140 x 80 mm size.
In the standard design the grills are zinc-plated, without surface treatment in natural design.   If you pay extra, they can be painted in any shade you choose from the RAL sampler.
The grills can be delivered with a cover of the winding or without it, as a money-saving variant.

Thanks to their appearance, rolling steel grills are convenient mostly for older buildings and luxurious shops where focus is mainly on impression and high level of security. The grills are not suitable for intense operation but are also used for night closing of common garages and can be supplied in small or big sizes (width up to 12 m).



The design of rolling grills can be multiple:
  • rolling grill consisting of 18 mm galvanized tubes connected by vertical clips
  • rolling grill consisting of 14 mm galvanized tubes drawn in a twiddle and interconnected by vertical clips
  • rolling grill of perforated corrugated plate

In the standard design, the grills are supplied zinc-plated.  If you pay extra, they can be painted in any shade you choose from the RAL sampler, or manufactured completely of stainless premium steel. The grills can be delivered with a cover of the winding or without it, as a money-saving variant.
