We manufacture orders on a special industrial sewing machine ID R129 with needle and bottom immersion feeding. The machine has 1300 x 750 m transmission area and option of single or double quilting. Thanks to its structure and performance, this type of machine can sew on all types of materials: leather, artificial leather, tent fabric, PVC, netting, banner, flag fabric, etc.

The machine is installed in a hall of 300 m² area, the equipment of which is fully adapted to the needs of large area sewing.

We execute job orders either of materials supplied by the customer or we supply the material for sewing a job order.

We can rate the job order, we are able to prepare an engineering drawing of the design (cutting), graphical design of the printing and also the printing itself.

Upon the request of the customer we can fit strengthened margins with metal loops to fasten stretching wires, or we can provide various closing by means of press-buttons, zip-fasteners, velcros, etc.

We are able to delivery the job orders to the customer's place and, if the customer wishes so, we will assemble them there.
