Production of textile fire stoppers and smoke screens is afar from being the last activity offered by the company AVAPS s.r.o. to its customers. Sand blasting is history; now is the time for a new, cheaper and much more efficient solution. Dry ice blasting (cleaning) is a method which is much more friendly not only to materials but also to the environment. Last but not least, it has a multifunctional utilization. Starting with cleaning the surfaces coated by means of the traditional sand blasting which differs in not causing its destruction. Another utilization alternative is cleaning of greasy and extremely contaminated surfaces, even at points of very hard accessibility. A great advantage is sublimation of the cleaning medium directly after fulfilling its function. AVAPS comes with a new product called ALEDOX which can be used not only in engineering industry, but also in building, aircraft and food industry, and can also be utilized for renovation of statues, and therefore might become an important helper in care for monuments.
