The textile static smoke barrier ATEKOZ is designed to divide the building in smoke zones in case of fire, and prevents consequential smoke spread to other areas.

The main quality required is the fire resistance of these shutters.

The textile static smoke barrier ATEKOZ was successfully tested in the FIRES s.r.o. test institute, and was granted CE certificate No. 1396-CPD-0028.


The manufacturer issues Declaration of Conformity for individual commissions, within the interpretation of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., as amended.

• The barrier is made of a special fire-resistant textile, filled up with glass fibres with surface treatment (0.4 mm thickness), the textile can have silver-grey colour (identification GAMA).
• The design of the barrier enables assembly without any additional special structures, fixation in concrete, masonry or steel profiles.
• The textile can be connected in a line, and thus an unlimited length of barriers can be created.
• The barriers have a very low weight (textile = 0.45kg/m2).
• All visible steel parts of the barriers are painted in a shade according to RAL sampler.
