Individual types of fires shutters of company Bolton Gate Co. differ mainly in the way of moving. Further classification of individual types is only for vertically sliding shutters, depending on the maximum dimension and fire resistance. Vertically sliding fire shutters FIREROLL, side-sliding shutter fire shutters CONTOUR, horizontally sliding fire shutter ESCALATOR SHUTTER and side-folding fire shutters EUROFOLD.

FIREROLL E24 - steel fire shutters which has been on our market already since 1993. In all that time, it has passed successful development which is confirmed by hundreds of installations across the entire Czech and Slovak Republics, as well as by thousands of installed pieces all around Europe. Its main advantage is variability of use, high mechanical resistance and usefulness, as standard in an opening dimension of 12 x 7 m. The fire resistance of this shutter is up to EW(I) 120 DP1 for the Czech and Slovak Republics' markets. In England they tested it with success to the resistance of E 240 DP1.

CONTOUR - is a special lateral fire shutter that consists of steel lamellas made of zinc-plated sheet metal suspended from a guide rail. The main advantage of this shutter is, first of all, the possibility to create an optional closing route that is only limited by the minimum radius of turn, the absence of a guide rail in the floor, dimension of the closed opening to 50 x 4.5 m (can be up to 100 x 4.5 m for the both-sided variant), and fire resistance to EW(I) 120 DP1. When these shutters are designed in constructions, higher weight of the winding box of the shutter has to be taken into account.

ESCALATOR SHUTTER - steel horizontally sliding fire shutters are designed to close openings between floors in ceiling structures. Even a special version for building in skylights can be manufactured. The standard dimensions of a closed opening should not exceed 5 m width and 15 m length. Again, the fire resistance of this shutter is up to EW(I) 120 DP1.

EUROFOLD - steel side-folding fire shutter can be used where no space in the head of an opening is available, for use of another type of shutter. If installed into an opening, it only lowers it by 90 mm. However, the guide rail has to be installed in the floor. These shutters are made as a single- or double-wing, to the maximum size of an opening 15 x 5 metres. The fire resistance of these shutters is up to EW(I) 120 DP1.
